These terms govern use of  paintingsolutionsaz.com (the "Site"), operated by Painting Solutions Inc. ("PSI," "we," "us," or "our"), and set out general terms that apply to work performed by PSI. By using the Site or engaging PSI for services, you agree to these terms.

Site Use

The Site and its content, text, images, and layout, belong to PSI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Information on the Site is provided for general reference. Quotes, price ranges, and project timelines shown on the Site are estimates only; actual scope and cost are confirmed in a written quote or contract for the specific project.

You agree not to use the Site in a way that disrupts its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or violates applicable law.

Requesting a Quote

Submitting a form or contacting PSI through the Site is a request for information and does not create a contract for services. A project begins once PSI and the client agree on scope, pricing, and schedule in writing.

Jobber Client Hub

Once a project is scheduled, PSI manages job communication, scheduling, and invoicing through Jobber. Where PSI sets a client up with Client Hub access, that access is provided for the client's own use in reviewing job details, invoices, and payment status, and is subject to Jobber's own terms of use in addition to these terms.

General Terms for Services

The terms below apply generally to work performed by PSI. Specific terms for a given project, including price, payment schedule, and timeline, are set out in that project's written quote or contract, which controls over these general terms where the two differ.

Scope of Work

Work is performed according to the scope described in the applicable quote or contract. Changes to scope, including additional  scope discovered once work begins, are addressed through a change order before that work proceeds.

Scheduling

Project start dates and durations are estimates based on scope, site conditions, and crew availability, and may shift due to weather, site access, or facility operating requirements, particularly on active industrial and commercial sites.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, progress billing, or final payment schedule, are set out in the project quote or invoice.

Site Access and Conditions

The client is responsible for providing PSI reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known hazards, restricted zones, or facility-specific safety requirements in advance of work starting.

Warranty

PSI stands behind the quality of its workmanship; specific warranty terms for a project are set out in that project's contract.

​

Cancellation

Clients should provide reasonable notice if project needs to be canceled or pushed.  PSI reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, unsafe work conditions, equipment issue or circumstances outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PSI's liability for a project is limited to the value of the contract for that project. PSI is not responsible for delays or issues caused by pre-existing site conditions not disclosed prior to the start of work.

Licensing and Insurance

PSI holds Arizona ROC License #318860 and carries the licensing, bonding, and insurance standard for commercial and industrial contract work.

​

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Dispute resolution can be handled through arbitration and/or Arizona courts, in Maricopa county.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page.
